(hereinafter, "Joint Data Controllers"), in their capacity as Joint Data Controllers within the meaning of Articles 4, no. 7), 24 and 26 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, "Regulation"), inform you, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation, that they will process personal data referring to users of the website.

1. Object of the handling (what data do we handle)

According to the European Regulation on the protection of personal data, legal entities cannot be considered data subjects and therefore the European Regulation does not apply. However, if, in the context of the collection of company data, personal data relating to a natural person is included, this person will be considered a data subject within the meaning of the aforementioned regulation.

Email: if you write to us by email, using the address in the footer of the site, we will use the data you provide to respond to your requests.

In any event, we will collect your IP address and navigation logs.

2. Legal basis and purpose of handling

The handling of data will be carried out to allow the performance of activities connected with the establishment and management of the service requested to the owner.

The supplying of data is optional, but in any event, failure to do so, will make it impossible to carry out the requests.

The data will be processed lawfully, correctly and with the utmost confidentiality, in compliance with the appropriate security measures as provided for by the Code and Regulations.

The data will be handled using analogue/digital means. Nonetheless, data will not be divulged publicly.

In particular:

Email: the legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures carried out at the request of the data subject.

Contact us: please refer to the privacy policy on the individual website.

IP address and navigation log: we will process the data based on the legitimate interest of the company and the fulfilment of legal obligations.

3. Handling methods - and data retention period

The Data Controller will handle personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes and in any case for:

email: 12 months from the sending of the email

IP address and navigation log: data will be deleted after 24 months.

Longer data retention periods may be justified by the possibility of litigation; in these cases, the data controller will retain the data for as long as is necessary for legal defence.

4. Communication of data

The Data Controller may communicate the data for the purposes set forth in art. 2 to all subjects to whom communication is obligatory by law in order to fulfil the purposes provided for by law. Nonetheless, data will not be divulged publicly.

5. Storage location and data transfer

The management and storage of personal data will take place on the Data Controller servers located within the European Union and/or those of third party companies assigned and duly appointed as Data Processors.

6. Rights of the interested party

The user, in his or her capacity as data subject, has the rights referred to in Art. 15 of the Regulations and namely:

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and the communication thereof in intelligible form.

2. The data subject shall have the right to be informed about

(a) the origin of the personal data;

(b) the purposes and methods of processing

(c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

(d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and representatives

(e) the entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State territory, of data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain

a) the updating, correction or, when interested, the integration of data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom the data were communicated or divulged, unless this requirement proves to be impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part

a) on legitimate grounds, the processing of personal data concerning the same party, even though relevant to the purpose of the collection;

b) the processing of personal data concerning the same party, for purposes not covered by Article 2.

Also pursuant to Articles 15 and following, of the GDPR, the user has the right to request at any time, access to his/her personal data, the correction or deletion thereof, the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR, to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning the said party, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the GDPR. At any time, pursuant to Article 7 of the GDPR, the user may revoke the consent given; lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR if he/she considers that the processing of his/her data is contrary to the legislation in force.

The user may object to the processing of his or her personal data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR where he or she shall give evidence of the reasons justifying the objection. The Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the request, which would not be accepted should there be compelling legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over the user's interests, rights and freedoms.
